ChainCatcher news, according to Newsis, South Korean cryptocurrency trading and brokerage firms were previously unable to be recognized as "risk enterprises" due to policy restrictions, but this limitation is expected to be lifted. The South Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on July 9 that it will amend the relevant implementation rules of the "Special Act on Fostering Risk Enterprises," allowing such companies to benefit from government support policies for risk enterprises in the future.
