The blockchain property inheritance mechanism urgently needs to be addressed, and technological integration may be the key

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, as the global real estate tokenization market is expected to reach $4 trillion by 2035, the issue of asset inheritance has become a key bottleneck in the industry's development. The current lack of standardized on-chain inheritance mechanisms may lead to the permanent loss of high-value tokenized assets due to key loss or legal ambiguities.

Experts suggest integrating technologies such as smart contracts, NFT fragmentation, and biometrics to build a Decentralized Data Persistence Protocol (DeDasP) to achieve automated asset inheritance. This solution needs to address the security issues of intergenerational wealth transfer while maintaining the principle of decentralization.
