ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company OFA Group announced a $100 million committed equity acquisition financing agreement with Atsion Opportunity Fund LLC to establish a cryptocurrency treasury, with Bitwise serving as its strategic advisor. It is reported that the agreement allows for the financing scale to be increased to $200 million upon mutual agreement, and these funds will be used to implement cryptocurrency fund management strategies and establish a cryptocurrency treasury, with plans to strategically accumulate BTC, SOL, and SUI.
