Burwick accuses Solana and Jito of "colluding" in the $1.5 billion Pump Fun fraud case

ChainCatcher news, according to Protos, Burwick Law has listed Solana Labs and Jito Labs as defendants in its lawsuit against Pump Fun, accusing the two companies of being the "architects" and "co-conspirators" of the fraudulent casino operation of the meme coin platform.

He stated, "Solana Labs and Jito Labs are knowingly and intentionally involved in this conduct."

Pump Fun takes a cut from every transaction and token issuance. Solana Labs profits from the increased token circulation speed and the rise in SOL prices. Jito Labs extracts MEV from high-traffic issuances and earns commissions from validator throughput.
