The cryptocurrency fund Pure Crypto plans to raise its fourth fund
ChainCatcher news, according to Fortune, the Chicago-based parent fund Pure Crypto is planning to raise its fourth fund, betting on what it predicts to be the "last great boom" in the cryptocurrency sector.
The fund's founder Jeremy Boynton and managing partner Zachary Lindquist stated that they believe this could be the "last chance" for cryptocurrency investments to achieve venture capital-style returns. The two are not predicting the end of cryptocurrency, but rather believe that this is the final window for obtaining high returns before the industry becomes mainstream and "boring."
Pure Crypto currently manages about $100 million in assets, and its first fund launched in 2018 has appreciated nearly 1000% by the end of 2024, valued at approximately $60 million.
