ChainCatcher news, according to PR Newswire, Nasdaq-listed company 180 Life Sciences announced plans to raise approximately $425 million through private equity financing. The funds will support the establishment of an Ethereum treasury, and after the transaction is completed, the company will be renamed ETHZilla Corporation.
