BNB Reserve Company CEA received a strategic investment of 5 million dollars from Nano Labs

ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company Nano Labs announced a strategic equity investment agreement with BNB Reserve Company CEA INDUSTRIES to subscribe for 495,050 shares of CEA INDUSTRIES common stock at a price of $10.10 per share, totaling $5 million.

In addition, this investment also includes 495,050 warrants with an exercise price of $15.15 per share. If fully exercised, Nano Labs could hold up to 990,100 shares of CEA INDUSTRIES stock.
