The SBF appeal case will be heard in court this November

ChainCatcher news, FTX creditor representative Sunil stated on social media that the appeal case of FTX founder SBF will be heard in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit during the week of November 3, 2025. SBF was previously convicted on 7 counts in November 2023 and was sentenced to 25 years in March 2024.

SBF officially filed an appeal in September 2024, and all relevant legal documents were submitted by January 2025. The outcome of this hearing will be a key point for his appeal and potential changes to his sentence.
