The grayscale expansion management team has appointed the founder as the chairman of the board

ChainCatcher news, according to GlobeNewswire, the digital asset investment platform Grayscale announced today the expansion of its management team and adjustments to its board structure.

The company appointed four executives from the traditional finance sector to join the management team: Diana Zhang as Chief Operating Officer, Ramona Boston as Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Williams as Chief Communications Officer, and Maxwell Rosenthal as Chief Human Resources Officer.

At the same time, founder Barry Silbert will succeed Mark Shifke as the chairman of the board.
