ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst Ember (@EmberCN), a certain whale/institution created 3 new wallet addresses through BitGo's "Wallet Factory" in the past day, and subsequently purchased a total of 63,838 Ethereum from two institutions, FalconX and Galaxy Digital, with a total value of approximately 232 million dollars, at an average purchase price of 3,640 dollars.
