2025-08-07 16:13:47
Collection

ChainCatcher news, Pantera Capital's latest blockchain compensation survey shows that salaries in the crypto industry are rising across the board in 2024, with the proportion of salaries accepted in stablecoins reaching 9.6%, tripling from last year, with USDC being the most popular.

Engineer salaries have seen significant increases, with junior/mid-level salaries growing by 25.6% and 14.5% respectively. The survey covered 1,600 practitioners, 72% of whom are international employees, and 82% continue to work remotely, with the proportion of in-office work slightly rising to 6%. The data shows that the Web3 industry values skills over degrees, with MBA degrees resulting in a slight decrease in salaries, and women earning higher salaries than men in marketing/operations roles.
