Tether appoints former White House Crypto Council Executive Director Bo Hines as Strategic Advisor

Hines will be responsible for developing and executing Tether's growth strategy in the U.S. market and enhancing communication with policymakers.
During his tenure in the Trump administration, Hines led the development of the regulatory framework for stablecoin issuers and facilitated cooperation between the government and the blockchain industry. It is reported that Tether has invested approximately $5 billion in the U.S. ecosystem, and this appointment will further advance its market presence in the U.S.
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that this appointment reflects the company's determination to develop in the U.S. market, particularly in the fields of digital assets and infrastructure investment. Hines holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University, with extensive experience in legal and policy regulation.
