Circle launches Gateway mainnet, achieving millisecond-level cross-chain transfer of USDC

ChainCatcher news, Circle announced on August 19 that its cross-chain infrastructure Circle Gateway has officially launched on the mainnet. This product aims to achieve unified balance management of USDC across chains, providing users with the capability to access USDC across chains in seconds, and will continue to expand support for more blockchain networks in the future.
The technical features of Circle Gateway include: cross-chain access speed of less than 500 milliseconds, allowing for quick invocation of a unified USDC balance without the need for cross-chain bridges or pre-configured assets; meeting multi-chain liquidity needs through a single integrated interface, effectively reducing capital occupation costs; adopting a non-custodial architecture design, allowing users to maintain complete control over their USDC, with fund transfers requiring signature authorization and the withdrawal process not relying on third-party trust.
