The withdrawal delay is currently reported as 14 days and 20 hours.

Meanwhile, the staking demand for new validator activations has slightly decreased, with the admission queue rising to 198,202 ETH today, valued at approximately 953 million dollars. The current waiting time for the admission queue is 3 days and 11 hours.
