The US-listed company SOLOWIN invests in Singapore's licensed institution GPL Remittance and acquires a 19% stake

ChainCatcher news, according to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed digital asset financial company SOLOWIN announced a equity investment agreement with Singapore-based cross-border payment institution GPL Remittance to acquire a 19% stake, which currently holds a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Previously, SOLOWIN announced the joint launch of a $100 million Bitcoin quantitative fund.
