Starknet mainnet has resumed normal operation, and some transactions need to be resubmitted

ChainCatcher message, Starknet is back online and fully operational, block production has resumed. Most RPC service providers have recovered, and the remaining providers will upgrade as soon as possible.

To restore services, transactions submitted between 10:23 and 12:36 were not processed. All transactions within one hour from block 1960612 need to be resubmitted, and a detailed review and preventive measures will be announced later.
