Derlin Holdings has subscribed to equity in Asseto and shares in Pangu Software, planning to launch the RWA digital asset platform

ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong listed company Derlin Holdings today released a supplementary announcement, disclosing that it has subscribed for equity in Asseto Holding Limited, as well as the group's management fund subscribing for shares in Pangu Software Pte Ltd.

Derlin Holdings stated that the valuation after the Asseto equity subscription transaction is $40 million, with a holding of 77,352 Class A common shares, while the amount subscribed for Pangu Software Pte Ltd is $1 million. Both parties will jointly build a digital asset platform covering tokenized assets in both the virtual and real worlds.
