It is reported that Fore Elite Capital is a licensed virtual asset hedge fund management institution in Hong Kong. Since its flagship fund officially opened for fundraising in May 2025, it has attracted over 12 traditional financial institutions to participate in subscriptions, with funds mainly coming from local private banks, mother funds, and family offices in Hong Kong and the Middle East.

Performance data shows that from June to August 2025 (the first quarter after the fund opened for fundraising), the flagship fund recorded approximately 12% net returns after fees, while Bitcoin's increase during the same period was 2.5%. Additionally, it is noted that Fore Elite Capital is one of the first compliant virtual asset hedge fund management institutions in Hong Kong and is the only institution to have received the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission's "uplift" recognition three times. As of now, it has achieved annual positive returns for eight consecutive years.
