Chainlink CEO meets with SEC Chairman to promote the on-chain asset process

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Chainlink CEO Sergey Nazarov met with SEC Chairman Paul Atkins to discuss the compliance path for asset tokenization. Nazarov stated that the SEC is accelerating the integration of blockchain assets into existing securities regulations, expecting to achieve full compliance by mid-next year.

The SEC recently collaborated with the CFTC to release policies supporting specific cryptocurrency spot trading and launched the "Project Crypto" initiative. The Chainlink network has been utilized by the U.S. Department of Commerce to release economic data, demonstrating the accelerated implementation of on-chain applications.
