Boyaa Interactive: Has invested in multiple Web3 game projects such as MTT Sports, and plans to use 90% of the proceeds from the placement of HKD 441 million shares to purchase BTC

ChainCatcher news, Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) announced that, under the general mandate, it will issue up to 63.51 million shares at a placement price of HKD 6.95 per share.

The group has currently laid out multiple Web3 projects, including investing in the MTT Sports gaming platform (holding 25%), developing the MTT Network gaming public chain, YAAKO Wallet gaming wallet, and Pet Land.

Boyaa Interactive intends to use approximately 90% of the proceeds from this placement to purchase Bitcoin, to promote the group's business development in the Web3 field, and will continue to seek opportunities to invest in suitable third-party Web3 games and related projects, as well as independently develop the group's Web3 games and infrastructure, to further consolidate the group's market position in the online gaming sector. The remaining approximately 10% of the proceeds from this placement will be used for the group's working capital and general corporate purposes.
