Coinbase seeks court ruling on SEC's alleged deletion of Gensler's one-year text message records
ChainCatcher news, according to THE BLOCK, Coinbase cites a report from the Inspector General stating that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) deleted a year's worth of text messages from Chairman Gary Gensler. Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated that the company has requested a federal court to "address this serious breach of public trust."
