We use "Ages" to present years of work, not just quarterly planning. Each Age answers a core question, delivers a lasting capability, and creates conditions for the next phase. This structure avoids blindly chasing features, ensuring that the outcomes we deliver make everyday use inevitable.

  • Foundation Age: Eliminating all technical barriers, allowing everyone to access crypto.

  • Productization Age: Connecting the physical world and the digital world through verifiable data.

  • Escape Velocity Age: Empowering builders at scale to co-create a new internet.

An "Age" is not a marketing slogan or a date on the calendar; it is a phase that only begins when real users and builders feel a leap in change. We will only advance when three conditions are met:

  1. User experience crosses thresholds, allowing ordinary people to succeed on their first attempt;

  2. The underlying primitives are stable enough for external teams to build with confidence;

If any condition stagnates, we will fix it before announcing progress.

Our Starting Point: Catalyst Age

What we initially brought was not a product, but a provocation. Our test was simple: can a non-physical original, relying solely on provenance and proof, carry cultural and economic value? So we burned an original Banksy artwork and brought this ephemeral piece of art onto the chain, achieving the transfer of value from the physical world to the digital world.

This experiment sent a signal to those who could hear: verifiable records in crypto can transcend performance, unite communities, and enable value transfer in an open environment. It also revealed what cannot be scaled: attention does not equal adoption, and hype cannot eliminate resistance. For "proof" to truly work in everyday life, it must be the opposite of performance ------ it must be invisible.

Two moments from that Age still guide our decisions today. We witnessed a collector bidding not on paint, but on provenance; those present cared not about the artwork itself, but about that digital record. Hours later, our inbox was flooded with people eager to experience this technology, only to be blocked by the barrier of wallet setup. We realized that digital trust had already caught the world's attention, but the barriers to entry remained. It was this "gap between belief and completion" that led us into the Foundation Age.

Our Journey: Foundation Age

The Foundation Age eliminated friction at the protocol level, allowing mainstream users to experience decentralization without becoming "crypto natives." Abstraction was our answer to a simple constraint: people will not change their habits to use a new track. Thus, "making crypto invisible" became an engineering requirement. This means a new user should succeed on their first attempt, and a Web2 team should be able to go live with production processes without needing to hire crypto experts. In the Productization Age, our focus shifts from solving technical barriers to meeting user needs: how to verify the credibility of social media content, how to transfer airline miles or points across platforms, how to ensure identity authenticity on dating apps… These are embedded social applications and the places where "productization" truly happens.

The core idea of the experience is simple, but its realization is extremely complex: enabling people to prove specific facts about themselves or the world without giving up their data, and only putting results on-chain when value needs to flow. At the base level, network evidence will be transformed into private, verifiable statements anchored to real sources. Privacy is the default option, and users control what they share. No raw personal data will be stored on-chain, only the mathematical commitments necessary for verifying statements.

Everyday use cases may make it easier for everyone to understand: demonstrating membership without exposing a complete profile, proving a purchase occurred without disclosing an inbox, transferring a ticket with built-in authenticity and custody. The core is distinguishing signal from noise, identifying what is real: genuine access, authentic reviews, legitimate receipts, certified credentials, and verified deliveries. This way, bots, spam, AI forgeries, and misinformation will lose their advantages, and AI itself can improve through training and scoring based on trusted signals.

GTM: Our Priority Focus Areas

Entering the market means expanding services for enterprises and developers while always putting users first. Apple put "a thousand songs in your pocket," while XION aims to bring the ability of "frictionless verification" to the world. Our strategy starts from a verifiable event of great value and gradually expands to "verify everything" across the entire internet.
