ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, more than a dozen cryptocurrency advocates, including Strategy co-founder Michael Saylor and Marathon Digital Holdings CEO Fred Thiel, will participate in a roundtable in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday to advance U.S. strategic Bitcoin reserve legislation.

The roundtable is hosted by Republican Senator Cynthia Lummis and Congressman Nick Begich, aiming to promote the "Bitcoin Investment to Promote Innovation, Technology, and Competitiveness Act" (BITCOIN Act). This bill was reintroduced in March of this year, planning to acquire 1 million Bitcoins over five years through a "budget-neutral strategy."
