ChainCatcher news, Crypto.com CEO Kris responded to external doubts, stating that the claims about the company not disclosing security incidents are unfounded. He mentioned that in 2023, the company discovered a phishing attack targeting employees, and the relevant information has been disclosed in the NMLS data security incident report and reports to multiple regulatory agencies. The incident was contained within hours, did not affect customer funds, and only involved a very small amount of users' personal information.

Kris emphasized that the company's systems have withstood the test of time and are continuously improving, and Crypto.com has received the most security certifications in the industry.
