Witnesses include Coin Center Policy Director Jason Somensatto, founding member of ASKramer Law Andrea S. Kramer, Coinbase Vice President of Tax Lawrence Zlatkin, and Chair of the AICPA Digital Assets Taxation Working Group Annette Nellen.
