If Tether's valuation reaches $500 billion, it could make its chairman the fifth richest person in the world
According to ChainCatcher's message and the scenario calculations from Bloomberg Billionaires Index, if Tether completes a fundraising of $20 billion and the company's valuation is around $500 billion, based on the shareholding ratio (approximately 47%), its chairman Giancarlo Devasini's net worth could reach $224 billion, potentially making him the fifth richest person in the world, following Elon Musk, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos, and surpassing Warren Buffett, the chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, by several positions.
