Derlin Holdings: Has secured approximately $5.7 million in private equity investment, focusing on the tokenization of private equity for companies like ByteDance

ChainCatcher news, Hong Kong listed company Derlin Holdings announced that it has recently obtained approximately 5.7 million USD in private equity investment through several investment funds or special purpose vehicles (SPVs), aiming to use these private equity investments for future RWA tokenization purposes. These private equity investments include indirect holdings in well-known technology companies such as ByteDance, Kraken, and eSelf AI.

In addition, Derlin Holdings also stated that it will focus on the tokenization of private equity in companies such as ByteDance, Payward (Kraken), and E-Self.AI, as well as the tokenization of limited partnership funds holding interests in Derlin Tower and Animoca Brands.
