Garrett Jin: The biggest problem in the cryptocurrency industry is the lack of cash flow. Exchanges and stablecoins make billions of dollars in profit each year but do not reinvest capital back into the market
ChainCatcher news, on October 14, Garrett Jin posted, "The biggest problem in the cryptocurrency space is that most projects lack cash flow. In contrast, TikTok was sold in the U.S. for $14 billion, while many cryptocurrency projects with negative cash flow are valued at hundreds of billions of dollars. This has led to funds flowing out of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Exchanges and stablecoins extract hundreds of billions of dollars from the industry each year, but there is no healthy capital backflow into the market. Therefore, the market lacks liquidity and upward momentum."
Previously, Garrett Jin was a whale who made headlines by selling over $4.23 billion in BTC for ETH just before the flash crash on October 11.
