Singapore cryptocurrency mining machine manufacturer Bgin Blockchain plans to raise $30 million through a share placement
ChainCatcher news, Singaporean cryptocurrency mining machine manufacturer Bgin Blockchain announced its plan to publicly issue 5 million Class A common shares at an issue price of $6 per share, raising a total of $30 million. This issuance is expected to be completed around October 22, 2025, but is subject to customary closing conditions. The new funds will be used for the acquisition or construction of cryptocurrency mining farms, research and development of new proprietary chips for cryptocurrency mining machines, and other related matters.
