Based on HTTP 402/x402 standards, AIsa officially launches AI-native micropayment and resource market infrastructure.

San Francisco, October 27, 2025, AI micropayment company AIsa today announced the completion of its Pre-Seed financing, with investors including Draper Associates (Tim Draper), Fenbushi Capital US (Shen Bo), BoostVC (Adam Draper), Sats Ventures, Trampoline Ventures, IMPA Ventures, SNZ Capital, WaterDrip Capital, 10K Ventures, and others; additionally, several globally renowned fund partners participated in this round of investment, including Paul Taylor (former head of digital asset investment at BlackRock), Domo (founder of the BRC-20 protocol), Jackie (partner at Side Door Ventures), David (founder of Inception Capital), Lucia (founding partner of Arcanum Capital, major LP of Tether), Harry (founding partner of Awakening Ventures), Kari (former Venture Partner at Temasek), James/Joey (former executives at a leading CEX and fund partners), former Visa Crypto executives, Jennifer (HK Family Office), Hunter (co-founder of CatherVC), and others.

Why AIsa: The Micropayment and Settlement Layer Born for the AI Economy

As the AI Framework and Runtime mature, agents are evolving from simple Q&A to multi-step, dynamic decision-making tasks. However, achieving large-scale implementation still faces three core bottlenecks:

  • Fragmentation on the application side: An AI application developed by a small to medium-sized team often needs to connect to 20-100+ APIs, resulting in high costs for account opening, recharging, reconciliation, and operations;

  • Resource side incompatibility with agents: Existing aggregation platforms are mostly aimed at "human developers," rather than "agents' autonomous choices and strategy routing during runtime";

  • Underlying clearing and settlement with liquidity: Once agents scale, micropayment TPS may reach tens of millions or even billions, which traditional gateways and existing L1/L2 cannot support; furthermore, the cross-border flow of global stablecoins and fiat currencies presents challenges in fund scheduling.

AIsa's Product Matrix: Integrated Capabilities from Payment to Resource Marketplace

AIsa has built four major components (currently in open beta) around high-frequency, on-demand AI-native payment scenarios:

  • AI Marketplace-402: The world's first HTTP 402 native AI agent resource trading market, aggregating 600+ LLMs, over 1 million data APIs, and GPUs, positioning itself as the "NASDAQ of AI resources";

  • AgentPayWall-402: A programmable payment gateway deeply integrated with Coinbase x402, supporting agent-friendly dynamic pricing and access control;

  • AIsaNet: A next-generation AI-native micropayment network comparable to "VisaNet," targeting billions of TPS, millisecond-level settlement, and near-zero costs;

  • AIsa Treasury: A smart forex and stablecoin clearing layer comparable to "Visa Treasury," covering low-cost exchanges between fiat and stablecoins, and expanding into agent-native banking services such as credit and wealth management.

Ecosystem Cooperation Progress

AIsa is building an ecosystem with payment giants, stablecoin issuers, and open-source protocols:

Circle (early member of the Global Payment Network), Visa (contributor to the Intelligence Commerce ecosystem), Stripe (developer of AgentKit and Global Financial Accounts ecosystem); and natively supports HTTP 402 / x402 / L402, targeting multi-chain expansions such as Base, Lightning, Solana, BNB, Polygon, X-Layer, etc.; while also participating in the Google AP2/A2A ecosystem development.

Statements and Evaluations

AIsa Co-founder and CEO Jordan stated:

"AIsa is not just another payment tool. Payment is merely a means; the real goal is to enable AI agents to efficiently access external resources and complete value exchanges. We always focus on real business scenarios, addressing the core pain points of our target customers—allowing small teams and independent developers to call AI resources on demand, completing product development from 0 to 1 at 10 times the speed, as well as rapid growth and iteration from 1 to 10.

There are tens of millions of small and medium-sized developer teams globally, and AI coding is making 'creators as developers' a reality. However, they are often hindered by the complexity of accessing external resources: spending a lot of time and effort managing dozens or even hundreds of APIs, LLM tokens, data sources, and computing interfaces, resulting in missed critical market windows.

AIsa aims to help developers reclaim their time for innovation through a unified account system and programmable micropayment channels, allowing them to focus on the product itself. We believe that in the AI economy, every 'baby whale' has the opportunity to grow into a 'mama whale'—and our mission is to accompany them on this growth journey."

Maxime Bucaille, Investment Director at Draper Associates, stated:

"The AIsa team possesses both foundational protocol research and scalable commercialization capabilities in payments, AI, and distributed systems. This combination positions them to rapidly implement the next generation of micropayment networks and AI resource markets as scalable infrastructure."

Customer Voice | Wade, Founder of Interview Dog (AI Interview Assistant):

"We serve hundreds of thousands of job seekers globally, with daily data API and large model token access continuously growing. Without AIsa, we would need dedicated personnel to manage hundreds of interfaces and reconciliations. AIsa allows lean teams to focus their energy on products and users, significantly enhancing iteration speed and stability—this is the core competitiveness in the AI era."

AIsa Vision: Building the "Visa × NASDAQ" of the AI Era

AIsa is not only a payment infrastructure but also the world's first HTTP 402 native AI resource marketplace (AI Marketplace-402). The platform aggregates core resources such as APIs, data, GPUs, and LLM tokens, enabling AI agents to efficiently complete resource exchanges and value flows just like humans trading assets in a stock exchange.

AIsa is continuously expanding its cooperation network, connecting mainstream public chains, stablecoin ecosystems, AI frameworks, and developer communities to build a micropayment and resource settlement layer for the AI era.

Our mission is to enable every AI developer and resource provider to participate in the new generation of the AI economy through AIsa's network.

We sincerely invite AI developers, API providers, data and computing power platforms from around the world to join us in creating a decentralized AI economy driven by payments and led by agents.
