Pieverse secures Pre-TGE investment from CMS Holdings to accelerate the development of on-chain payment infrastructure and the x402b protocol

Decentralized payment and compliance infrastructure project Pieverse announced that it has received Pre-TGE investment from CMS Holdings. This round of financing further solidifies its strategic layout for building an AI Agent-oriented, verifiable Web3 payment infrastructure. Including previous seed and strategic rounds, Pieverse has raised a total of $10 million.

The funds will primarily be used to advance the development and deployment of the x402b protocol. x402b is an extended version of the x402 payment standard, supporting gasless, auditable on-chain transactions on the BNB Chain, and promoting the scalable implementation of its on-chain timestamping protocol, providing the ecosystem with verifiable invoices, receipts, and bills. Together, they build a more transparent, traceable, and AI Agent-adaptable payment infrastructure.

Through the combination of x402b and the timestamp layer, Pieverse achieves multidimensional innovation capabilities:

• Compliance aspect: Automatically generates regulatory-compliant payment vouchers and financial records;

• Technical aspect: Implements an automatic verification mechanism for "payment as proof" at the protocol layer;

• User aspect: Achieves a gasless, efficient trading experience through the pieUSD token, which supports the EIP-3009 standard.
