Musk: The point-to-point encrypted application XChat is about to be launched

Musk stated that the upcoming encrypted messaging feature XChat will use end-to-end encryption, is planned to be released as a standalone application, and aims to launch within a few months.

"The goal of XChat is to replace the old Twitter direct messaging system and create a fully encrypted platform that supports text, file transfers, audio, and video calls. I believe it is the least risky among all messaging systems."
