Berachain: The network has been coordinated to pause for an emergency hard fork to fix vulnerabilities related to Balancer V2 on BEX

The Berachain Foundation stated, "The validator nodes have coordinated to pause the Berachain network to allow the core team to execute an emergency hard fork to address the vulnerability issues related to Balancer V2 on BEX. This network pause is planned, and the network will resume operation shortly."
