Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining will issue senior secured notes to raise $1.4 billion
Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining announced plans to raise $1.4 billion through a private placement of senior secured notes. It is reported that the net proceeds from this issuance will be used to build a high-performance computing data center located near Colorado City, Texas.
