AlphaTON Capital acquires blockchain news release service provider Blockchain Wire

According to GlobeNewswire, the US-listed TON treasury company AlphaTON Capital (NASDAQ: ATON) announced the acquisition of Blockchain Wire, a leading press release service provider in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The core strategy of this acquisition is to launch a verifiable press release service based on the TON blockchain.

This service will utilize the TON blockchain to encrypt, timestamp, and trace the source of each press release, creating an immutable record of authenticity, and distributing transparently verified content to its over 1 billion users through Telegram's mini-program ecosystem.

It is reported that the transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and Blockchain Wire will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of AlphaTON Capital.
