According to Jinshi News, Federated Hermes Chief Investment Officer Deborah Cunningham stated in a report that the institution will reassess its prediction of a 25 basis point rate cut by the Federal Reserve in December, expecting government data to resume publication soon. She added that although the longer the delay, the more the market will rely on limited outdated data, the financial system itself has not changed. The U.S. Treasury functions have not been affected, new debt is still being auctioned, there are no restrictions on transactions with the Federal Reserve, and the liquidity market is operating smoothly.
