21Shares submitted Form 8(A) to the SEC for the proposed launch of an XRP spot ETF

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on social media that 21Shares has submitted a new Form 8(a) to the U.S. SEC, intending to issue its XRP spot ETF. The application is subject to a 20-day review period.
