Bloomberg ETF Analyst: Bitcoin surged 122% last year, and returning to the mean this year is a normal trend
Bloomberg's senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that Bitcoin's 122% increase last year, far exceeding traditional risk assets, did not raise market doubts; the slowdown in its rise this year is a normal regression from the previous excessive gains.
He noted that, based on a two-year average performance, Bitcoin still recorded a return of about 50%.
