Binance will automatically liquidate the PORT3USDT U-based perpetual contract on November 23, 2025, at 14:30, and the trading pair will be delisted after the liquidation is completed. Starting from November 23, 2025, at 14:00, users will not be able to open new positions. It is recommended that users close their positions before trading stops to avoid automatic liquidation.
