U.S. stocks opened, with the Dow down 0.06% and the S&P 500 up 0.09%
According to Jinshi News, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.06%, the S&P 500 up 0.09%, and the Nasdaq Composite up 0.32%. Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. (WBD.O) rose 5.6% as Paramount made a $30 per share acquisition offer. Rivian (RIVN.O) fell 2.5%, and Tesla (TSLA.O) fell 1.7%, as Morgan Stanley downgraded the ratings of both companies.
