Twenty One Capital will be listed on the NYSE under the ticker "XXI" on December 10
Jack Mallers, CEO of Twenty One Capital and founder of Strike, posted on X that the company is expected to officially list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "XXI" at midnight Beijing time on December 10.
The company stated that as part of the listing delivery process, over 43,500 bitcoins will be transferred from custodial accounts back to self-management, and the corresponding reserve proof will be updated upon completion. The company said, "Transparency will continue to be the industry standard."
