CryptoQuant: The price of ETH is close to the cost basis of whale holdings

According to CryptoQuant analyst OnChain analysis, in the past five years, the price of Ethereum has only approached the average cost price of whales holding at least 100,000 ETH four times. Two of these instances occurred during the bear market in 2022, and the other two happened this year. The current ETH price is once again approaching this level.
