According to Lookonchain monitoring, the "whale that once borrowed 66,000 ETH to short" has started to accumulate ETH again, borrowing 85 million USDT from Aave in the past 8 hours and transferring it to Binance, and then withdrawing 38,576 ETH (approximately 119.3 million USD) from Binance.
