Data: "Previously borrowed to short 66,000 ETH" increased by 38,576 ETH, approximately 119.3 million USD

According to Lookonchain monitoring, the "whale that once borrowed 66,000 ETH to short" has started to accumulate ETH again, borrowing 85 million USDT from Aave in the past 8 hours and transferring it to Binance, and then withdrawing 38,576 ETH (approximately 119.3 million USD) from Binance.
