A Bank of America survey shows cash levels have dropped to a record low of 3.3%

According to Jin Ten, a survey of global fund managers by Bank of America shows that cash levels have fallen to a record low of 3.3% (previously 3.7%), while allocations to stocks and commodities have risen to the highest level since February 2022.
