Polygon Foundation: The Polygon PoS issue has been resolved, but the block explorer may still show delays

2025-12-18 07:51:53
Collection

The Polygon Foundation stated on the X platform that there was a failure in Polygon PoS, affecting some RPC nodes. However, the network remained online at all times and continued to generate blocks throughout the event, with no interruptions on the chain. The team quickly identified the issue and pushed a patch to the node operators to restore full service to the nodes.

Currently, validators are synchronizing data and reaching the quorum. During this period, some RPC nodes are still operating normally, and transactions can flow in and be processed as usual. The block explorer may still show delays until the nodes complete synchronization. Additionally, according to the latest updates on the Polygon status page, the related issues have been resolved, and all functionalities of Polygon PoS have been restored. The block explorer may still show delays until the nodes complete synchronization.
