Coinbase has filed lawsuits related to prediction markets in Connecticut and other states

Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal tweeted that Coinbase has filed a lawsuit related to prediction markets in Connecticut, Michigan, and Illinois. "Prediction markets are fully under the jurisdiction of the CFTC, not any state gambling regulatory agency (let alone 50 states). Attempts by states to control or completely shut down these markets stifle innovation and violate the law."
