According to market news, STS Digital stated that institutional investors are increasingly applying mature Bitcoin options trading strategies to the altcoin market to manage price volatility and enhance investment returns.

These strategies include covered call options, selling put options to increase yield, buying put options as downside protection, and purchasing call options to participate in upward trends. This trend has noticeably accelerated since the cryptocurrency market crash on October 10, when many traders faced forced liquidations.
