According to Jinshi News, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 0.1%, the S&P 500 up 0.03%, and the Nasdaq Composite up 0.02%. GameStop (GME.N) rose 3.97% as the company announced a performance compensation plan for CEO Ryan Cohen. Ventyx (VTYX.O) soared 49%, reportedly nearing a deal with Eli Lilly (LLY.N) to be acquired for over $1 billion.
