Delin Holdings' Delin Securities is expected to start offering virtual asset trading services in February

According to AASTOCKS, Derin Holdings (01709.HK) announced that its subsidiary Derin Securities' Type 1 (Securities Trading) regulated activity license and related licensing conditions have been upgraded by the Securities and Futures Commission, effective from December 30, 2025. Derin Securities will begin offering virtual asset trading services after completing the system connection and testing with the SFC licensed platform, which is expected to be officially implemented in February 2026.
