CryptoQuant: The current volatility of Bitcoin has dropped to a very low level, indicating an imminent breakout from the narrow trading range

CryptoQuant analyst Axel posted on social media that the current market volatility has dropped to extremely low levels, and this calm state often indicates that prices are about to break out of a narrow trading range.

Axel explained that Bitcoin's actual volatility has compressed to 23%, a level that statistically rarely lasts long. Historically, this state of compression usually ends with a sharp expansion in volatility. Extremely low volatility periods reflect a delicate balance between supply and demand, after which the market typically enters an active liquidity redistribution phase, accompanied by a significant expansion of price ranges. However, this indicator does not indicate the direction of the breakout and does not constitute a trading signal.
